Audience: Manager / cashier with inventory access
Objective: Keep sellable items and stock levels accurate.

Steps
- Open Inventory (
/inventory). - Add or edit an item (
/inventory/add) - name, price, tax, track inventory, F&B station link if used in kitchen. - Review stock after purchases and sales.
- For recipe-style F&B deduction, ensure item/recipe links are configured (manager).
Result
POS and F&B fire paths deduct stock when tracking is enabled; voids can restore stock.
