Configure F&B outlets and stations
Audience: Manager / admin
Objective: Set up dining outlets, kitchen stations, routing, modifiers, and void PIN.
Requires: fnb_configure
Steps
- Open Settings → F&B (
/settings/fnb). - Create outlets for each dining space.
- Create stations (grill, bar, …).
- Route menu items to stations.
- Configure modifiers / courses as needed.
- Set or clear the manager void PIN (4–8 digits).
- Ensure tables exist for the floor map on
/fnb.
Optional: use TorQ AI Feeder on the F&B settings surface to batch-create outlet/table/station/item ops with preview/apply.
Result
Servers can fire KOTs to the right KDS; voids are controlled.
