Migrate retail to hospitality
Audience: Admin of an existing retail workspace
Objective: Unlock front desk and rooms without losing retail.
Requires: Admin/manager
Steps
- Open Settings → Migrate to Hotel Management (
/settings/migrate-hospitality). - Follow the wizard (enables PMS module paths).
- Complete property room setup before expecting Front Desk to unlock.
- Train staff on folio vs stand-alone invoices.
- Keep purchases visible if you remain Hybrid.
Result
Workspace can host guests and still sell at the counter.
