What it is
Opseno Rewards is the loyalty program inside CRM. Points earn and redeem according to workspace CRM settings; redemption can apply at the POS counter and against a folio at checkout.
Why it exists
Repeat guests and retail customers should not live only in someone’s phone - points attach to the customer relationship in Customer 360.
How it fits
