Take a table order
Audience: F&B server / cashier
Objective: Open a check, add items, and fire a KOT to the kitchen.
Requires: fnb_serve (admin/manager/cashier with F&B module)
Before you start
- F&B module enabled; tables configured (Settings → F&B)
- Menu items routed to stations when using KDS
Steps
- Open F&B (
/fnb). - Select a free table and open a check.
- Add menu lines (modifiers/courses if configured).
- Fire the KOT to the kitchen.
- Continue adding/firing courses as guests order.
Result
Kitchen sees tickets on KDS (/fnb/kitchen). Table shows an open check.
