Redeem Opseno Rewards
Audience: Cashier / front desk
Objective: Apply loyalty points at POS or folio checkout.
Requires: CRM loyalty configured; customer linked
Before you start
- Rewards rates set in Settings → CRM
- Customer exists in CRM / party link
Steps
- Identify the guest/customer at POS or folio checkout.
- Choose redeem / apply rewards when the UI offers it.
- Confirm the discount/points movement before taking remaining payment.
- Finish the sale or checkout.
Result
Points redeem against the bill; ledger remains consistent (earn paths are idempotent on retry).
