Manage pipeline and quotes
Audience: Manager / CRM user
Objective: Move leads through stages and issue quotes.
Requires: crm_view; writes need crm_manage (cashiers: limited quote/activity writes)
Steps
- Open CRM → Pipeline (
/crm/pipeline). - Create or update leads/opportunities through stages.
- Open Quotes (
/crm/quotes) to create or convert quotes. - Configure default stages under Settings → CRM when you are admin/manager.
Result
Sales work is visible to the team; quotes connect to the customer record.
