What is Opseno?

A unified workspace for hospitality and retail: GST billing, front desk / rooms, F&B, CRM, HR/payroll, and TorQ AI. Turn on only the modules you need.

Do guest bills print in Hindi?

No. Thermal receipts, GST invoices, and guest-facing bills stay English only. Hindi is available for housekeeping staff UI only. See Hindi UI.

Can I run more than one lodge on one login?

Yes. Add properties under Settings → Properties, then use the header property switcher. Each property has its own rooms, folios, rates, and night audit. See Multi-property.

What is a folio?

The guest’s running bill for a stay - room charges plus restaurant, shop, and extras. See Folio & charges.

When should I run night audit?

At the end of the business day (your property policy). It rolls the business date and can mark un-arrived confirmed bookings as no-show. Requires admin/manager. See Run night audit.

Cashiers voided a kitchen order by mistake - how do we control that?

Configure a manager void PIN under Settings → F&B. Cashiers must enter the PIN; admins/managers with void permission can void without it. Stock deducted on fire is restored on void. See Void, transfer, merge.

Does Opseno submit C-Form to the government?

No. It captures FRRO fields and exports CSV for you to upload per your state process. See C-Form / FRRO.

Will the front desk work if the internet drops?

Selected write actions (check-in, check-out, HK task updates, post-to-folio from POS) can queue offline and sync later. Night audit and most admin actions need the network. See Offline & PWA.

Who can approve payroll?

Users with payroll approve permission (admin/manager). Runs lock on approve. Dual-control: the creator cannot approve their own run (workspace owner may self-approve for solo SMB). See Run payroll.

Is TorQ AI required to use Opseno?

No. Enable the AI module when you want it. TorQ works with deterministic tools even without an LLM key; optional providers polish narration. Sensitive writes need human approval. See Ask TorQ.

How do partners book rooms from our website?

Create an API key under Settings → API keys, call availability/reservations with Bearer auth and X-Baspex-Property-Id. See Partner quickstart and in-app /developers.
