Troubleshoot login and access
Audience: Admin / all users
Objective: Restore sign-in and fix “missing menu” issues.
Symptoms
- Cannot log in
- Missing modules in the sidebar
- Housekeeping user sees only
/hk - Invite link fails
Likely causes

| Role too narrow | Settings → Team role |

Fix
- Use
/login,/forgot-password,/verify-emailas needed. - Admin: confirm role and module flags.
- HK staff:
/hkis expected home. - Partners: API keys are not login passwords - see Authentication.
