Troubleshoot F&B / KOT
Audience: F&B manager
Objective: Restore firing, KDS, and void behaviour.
Symptoms
- Fire does nothing
- KDS not updating
- Cannot void
- Stock wrong after void
Likely causes

| Item not routed to station | Settings → F&B routing |
| KDS tab stale / offline | Refresh /fnb/kitchen; check network |
| No void permission / PIN | Admin sets PIN; cashiers need PIN |
| Settled check | Cannot void settled/closed |
| Inventory link missing | Item track/recipe config |
Fix
- Confirm outlets, tables, stations, and item routing.
- Re-fire after fixing routing.
- For voids: configure PIN or use manager account with
fnb_void. - After void, verify stock restore for tracked items.
