Export C-Form / FRRO

Audience: Front desk / manager
Objective: Capture foreign-guest fields and export CSV for government submission.
Requires: front_desk

Before you start

  • Guest nationality is non-Indian (IN / India excluded from export)
  • Collect passport (and visa if applicable), arriving-from, purpose of visit

Steps

  1. Open Guests (/guests) or the guest profile (/guests/[id]).
  2. Complete the FRRO section fields.
  3. When submitted offline to the portal, mark C-Form submitted on the guest.
  4. From Guests list, use Export C-Form CSV (defaults to checked-in foreign guests).

Result

CSV ready for your state FRRO/C-Form upload process.

Important

Opseno does not auto-submit to the government portal.
