Execute data-processing agreements with Vercel, Neon/DB host, Resend, Sentry, LLM providers, and Razorpay as used.
- Confirm India production DB region live
Opseno intent: India (intended primary database region, e.g. Noida / India cloud region when production is so configured). Verify Neon/VPS region in production before telling customers data is India-resident.
